His best friend committed suicide last night. You see that girl that you make fun of for having all those bruises? She is abused by her parents. You see that bald woman that you made fun of? She is dying of breast cancer. You see that old man that you called ugly? He got a serious injury to his face in the war. You see that man that you made fun of for having all those burns? He ran into a burning hospital to save his dead daughter. You see that girl that you called fat? She is starving herself. You see that boy you called stupid? He has Down Syndrome. Like this journal and re-post if you are against bullying. I bet that none of you will re-post this journal. But I did.

So many people agree with this, so why does nothing ever change?

Another thought that I had was, is all bullying bad or do we need to experience some of it? In translation, is it no bullying that we need or moderation (sort of like sibling rivalry)?

I really should be working on schoolwork right now, but I figured three hours on the weekend is acceptable to spend on myself....I think... But I did watch the movie Brave Friday. I was correct that I would like the main character, and the credits before the movie weren't bad (advantage of being student made), which when I walked into the room had a cat picture with a background of epic music (the kitten  was having its epic nap ).

   It is interesting how poorly a joke can be taken, I got an e-mail about not being "responsible" enough to get to a meeting...it triggered one of my fits of rage and apparently didn't go over much better with the other group member. It would not have been so bad if they had informed me of the meeting time... Ok, I think I may finally have that out of my system, I hope since I get to spend hours today working on that project.

   At least the weather is agreeing with my workload as to what my mood should be, cold, wet, and dark... So why am I laughing at that fact, The rain is not fun when the temperature is around 40 degrees Fahrenheit (6 Centigrade). Snow would be better, at least it's dry.

   And one final factor for the day. They just released the final exam schedule for Calc 2, and it will be held on December 17... In other words on my birthday. So I will get to celebrate with cramming and stress (don't you just love school)

        Today was the worst day this year. To start things off I had the stress of a looming math exam that I needed to study for, and remember that is just the start. The second thing that happened today is the fall Career fair; this is where companies come to the school to recruit students to come work for them. This means that for the second year in a row I have been preoccupied and unable to talk to the companies, but this year at least I was able to walk through and see the companies even if I was unable to devote more that about fifteen minutes to the event (better than nothing…I think). Because of that expedition and studying I didn't get into dinner until an hour after it started, and as a direct result I was reminded why I don't like crowds.
        At least that was short and not long after I went off to my 60 minute Calc II exam. It went basically as I expected until the proctor said there was fifteen minutes left, and upon examination I had more than 1/4 of the exam left. So I hurried up and the time ran out with two problems left to do, but the time was up so I handed in the first incomplete math examination in 8 years. So I went back to the dorms to listen to music and let the irritation ebb, but that didn't work because I had to leave for a team meeting a few minutes later. This went spectacularly with one of the team members not there and another that had to leave 20 minutes in, but the best part is that half of that was spent debating with the last member on criteria.
         To finish this day off the internet does not want to work…Don't you just love computers

So the end result of all of this, yay headphones!

Ok so its only Thursday but tech is having a holiday and classes end at noon so Tomorrow is basically just another homework day.

  At least I can say that my sleep schedule is getting better. By that I mean that I have seen the sun come up twice this week and neither time was because I had not gotten to sleep. This fact means that I have actually had time to eat breakfast every day this week. Eating three meals a day is actually a nice change because I do not walk into the dining hall faint with hunger for my one meal a day. That also reminds me that my classes are all at good times so I don't need to worry about missing meals if class runs over, tho that would mean that I would be late to my next class.

  Now I can officially say that the battery in my computer is going bad, because I only got a couple hours of use out of it before  I had to plug it in. Running Mathematica probably did not help that time any... oh well.

  Turns out that I actually had a bit of good luck (no falling over in shock). I actually ended up getting a good roommate this time around. No I can't really ask for help on a lot of subjects because he is a freshmen but that is just details, after all we actually rearranged the room this time (much better having my own little cubicle to sleep in).

Oh yah, the food still sucks. That means low standards rock!

So the reason I decided to record my thoughts. "Shinji, either grow up or I will have you bitch slapped by magikarp" And for proof that he can look no further than ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=COhWeR… ) for reference I don't think anyone can watch Neon Genesis Evangelion and not think the something similar.

After all that has happened this summer I ended with a spending spree (over $300 in batteries... I wish I had that much to just spend). But at leas I finished off two anime's this week (Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Soul Eater, and Dragonaut the Resonance). Ok so I remembered one while I was typing and didn't feel like changing it, sue me. The good news is that those anime (and Shinji) will not interfere with my studying, I really need to improve my habbits this year.
